Responsibilities
Coordinate all phases of solar and energy efficiency projects after the sale is completed.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, installers, contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate project timelines, documentation, and follow-ups.
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure understanding, confidence, and satisfaction throughout the project.
Handle escalations and resolve issues during the evening shift (12–8 PM) to maintain project continuity.
Assist in improving internal workflows and support the team lead in resolving complex cases.
Deliver high-quality customer service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or project coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.
Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
