Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for aluminum facade works, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
• Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources (materials, manpower, equipment) efficiently to meet project timelines and budget.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the aluminum facade works and ensure that any delays or issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Coordination: Coordinate with design teams, procurement, subcontractors, and site management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of facade systems.
• Budget & Cost Control: Assist in preparing project budgets and track costs related to aluminum facade installation. Ensure work is carried out within budget and take corrective action when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least (4-5) years of experience in planning and coordinating construction projects, preferably with a focus on aluminum facades, curtain walls, or cladding systems.
• Expertise in project planning software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to analyze and resolve project scheduling issues.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CAD software or project management.
