Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial briefing through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver suitable project solutions.
- Prepare project schedules, presentations, reports, proposals, and project updates.
- Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate project requirements, revisions, approvals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct client, project, and site visits as required.
- Travel to GCC countries for client meetings, project visits, presentations, and business development activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, architecture, interiors, or a related field.
- Strong project management and client coordination experience.
- Background in engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related technical/creative field is preferred.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects from concept through completion.
- Willingness and ability to travel across GCC countries.
- Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred.
- UAE or GCC market experience is an advantage.
