Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for health supplements and baby nutrition products.
• Manage advertising initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Lead creative campaign development, including concept creation, content planning, and performance analysis.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, events, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Travel extensively (more than two weeks per month) across Arab and neighboring countries to oversee marketing initiatives and build brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field (Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biology, Medical Sciences, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within health supplements and baby nutrition sectors.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Proven creativity with measurable results (successful campaigns, case studies, or innovative projects).
• Honest, disciplined, team-oriented, and personable.
• Fully willing to travel extensively, including more than two weeks per month outside Jordan.
