Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service by engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and store offerings.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and proper display of products in line with brand standards.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support overall store performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in retail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluency in Arabic and very good to excellent command of English.
