Responsibilities
Deliver a high standard of customer service by engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations to drive sales.
Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and store offerings.
Ensure effective merchandising and proper display of products in line with brand standards.
Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members to support overall store performance.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, preferably in retail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Team player with good time management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Fluency in Arabic and very good to excellent command of English.
