Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Retail and Corporate Credit Services operations.
  • Manage credit documentation, facility booking, disbursements, collateral management, and credit administration activities.
  •  Ensure all credit facilities are processed in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
  • Monitor compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with Credit Risk, Business, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless credit execution.
  • Oversee credit control activities and ensure proper maintenance of credit records and documentation.
  • Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
  • Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop credit services teams.
