Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Retail and Corporate Credit Services operations.
Manage credit documentation, facility booking, disbursements, collateral management, and credit administration activities.
Ensure all credit facilities are processed in accordance with approved terms and conditions.
Monitor compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate with Credit Risk, Business, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless credit execution.
Oversee credit control activities and ensure proper maintenance of credit records and documentation.
Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop credit services teams.
