Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft Hybrid Cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Manage multi-country network infrastructure, including Cisco, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
- Oversee IT Service Desk operations, IT assets, onboarding/offboarding, and user support.
- Manage endpoint security, IAM/PAM, patch management, vulnerability scanning, and email security.
- Support ISO 27001 audits, risk assessments, and information security requirements.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network issues.
- Manage NAS, UPS, access control, and other IT infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain IT operations and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and infrastructure.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server experience.
- Strong networking knowledge, including Cisco, VPN, SD-WAN, and firewalls.
- Experience with endpoint security, IAM/PAM, ISO 27001, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, mobile, hardware, software, and remote support.
- CCNA and/or MCSE certification preferred.
- Cisco Meraki and Windows Server Hybrid Administrator certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
