Responsibilities

Lead the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the leasing company in alignment with the Bank’s objectives.

Develop and execute business plans to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and market share.

Oversee the leasing portfolio, credit quality, pricing, collections, and overall portfolio performance.

Ensure effective credit, risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks are in place.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities, products, and market segments to support growth.
-
Monitor financial performance, budgets, profitability, and key business KPIs.
-
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Bank policies, and leasing industry requirements.

Lead and develop the management team, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and succession planning.
-
Report regularly to the Board and/or Bank senior management on business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
-
Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the company.

Represent the company with regulators, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.

10–15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in leasing, banking, financial services, or credit.

Proven experience in managing a business unit or financial services company with responsibility for P&L, growth, credit, and risk.

Strong knowledge of leasing products, credit, portfolio management, and financial services.
-
Strong understanding of regulatory, risk management, and corporate governance requirements.
-
Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, commercial, and decision-making capabilities.
-
Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage business performance and profitability.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Experience dealing with Boards, regulators, and senior banking executives is highly desirable.
