Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports in coordination with the direct supervisor.
Develop monthly, quarterly, and investment-related reports for submission to the parent company.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and written premiums, and perform variance analysis against planned figures.
Analyze investment portfolios and stock market performance on a daily and weekly basis.
Audit and reconcile shareholder-related transactions and ensure accurate system entries.
Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Assist in preparing Board of Directors reports and management analytical reports.
Support annual reviews related to credit rating and financial strength assessments.
Follow up on shareholder requirements and reporting obligations.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability of financial data and reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
0–2 years of experience in accounting or FP&A, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
