Responsibilities
Assist in planning manpower needs across various business units.
Execute sourcing strategies, including recruitment, outsourcing services, and drafting job descriptions.
Handle recruitment and selection activities, ensuring the right talent is acquired.
Manage onboarding and orientation processes to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
Oversee performance appraisal cycles and prepare performance reports aligned with organizational and individual goals.
Assess training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Manage employee leave, overtime, benefits administration, and provide support for payroll operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR and Corporate Affairs policies and procedures.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
Maintain and update HR and Corporate Affairs databases and records, and generate statistical reports as needed.
Support legal and regulatory requirements by drafting official letters and managing corporate communications.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
0 - 1 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
