Responsibilities
Conduct consumer, market, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Translate insights into inputs for marketing, communication, and expansion plans
Support the development of integrated, omnichannel plans aligned with business priorities
Translate strategic direction into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans
Support alignment across functions to ensure cohesive planning and execution
Track implementation of agreed initiatives
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure plans are executed as intended and on time
Monitor performance against agreed KPIs
Support tracking and monitoring of the marketing and commercial budget
Highlight variances and support reporting and forecasting
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or commercial roles
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Data Analysis and insight generation
Experience working cross-functionally
Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills ,Power BI is a plus
Basic financial and budget understanding
