Responsibilities
Finance:
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, and donor reporting requirements
Process payments, track expenses, and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems in compliance with organizational and donor policies
Support monthly reconciliation of accounts and assist with audits as needed
Ensure timely submission of financial data to relevant departments and donors
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and logistical arrangements
Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and contact lists
Assist with organizing meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing and archiving
Support HR functions such as timesheet collection, leave tracking, and personnel files
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance and administration within a non-profit or NGO setting
Basic understanding of accounting principles, donor regulations, and financial reporting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
