Responsibilities
Work with a team of creative professionals to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Use design to convey compelling narratives and messages that resonate with the target audience.
Create high-quality visual designs, including but not limited to print ads, digital banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Develop and maintain the creative vision and brand identity.
Oversee the development of visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and multimedia.
Ensure all creative work meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
Manage graphic designers and provide guidance and feedback to team members.
Supervise the daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
A minimum of 5 years of experience.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
