Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the management team and employees, helping to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement the company's long-term strategy, setting goals, identifying market opportunities, and making decisions about product lines, expansion, and diversification.
- Manage the financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability.
- Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and delivery of products to customers. This might involve optimizing processes and supply chain management.
- Ensure all relevant industry regulations and safety standards are met.
- Implement and maintain processes to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote the company's products and services. This includes understanding customer needs, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
- Involved in Human Resources management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Identify and manage risks that could impact the company, such as legal, financial, or operational risks.
- Ensure that the company operates in accordance with all laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, management, engineering, etc.).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the packaging, and Logistics industry or a related field.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, and Channel Management.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong financial and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
