Work effectively and independently with technical and business team members to Elicit and clearly document business and technical requirements, specifications, data mapping, and business rules and make recommendations to improve proposed solutions where applicable
Compose technical documentation and user stories (mapped to the use cases/requirements defined by the Business Owners) necessary for the technical teams to develop relevant services and functionalities.
Review, discuss, refine and align expectations with the Project Manager and Business Owners, the feasibility and prioritization of the use cases defined and maintained in the Product Backlog, considering the technical implications and complications involved in each use case.
Effectively facilitate meetings, brainstorm, and develop attributes with the business and technical teams to come up with the requirements.
Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Strong technical background to do the API analysis and product integration flows.
Ability to technically define requirements/use cases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
