  • Has 3 - 4 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Plan and facilitate HR activities in the team: contract, recruitment, job offers, and employee relation.
  • Ensure to develop job descriptions for current/new positions, updating job descriptions, as needed.
  • Assist in staff recruitment and selection process, prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions, schedule and organize interviews, inform unsuccessful applicants and screening, and maintain applications and resumes.
  • Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for all new employees will include ensuring that all relevant employee information is obtained and secured within an employee-personnel file.
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to deliver regular updates on all employees.
  • Support the completion of employee probationary and annual evaluations including Coordinating 90-day and annual performance appraisal processes.
  • Preparing an independent contractor service agreement.
  • Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources.
  • Answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assist in developing human resources plans & Strategies implementation.
  • Ensure that the strictest confidentiality is always maintained.
  • Preparing correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and emails to local counterparts, donors, or other related offices or agencies about the office operations.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Strong Command in English & Team Player.
