Responsibilities

  • Ownership of sales opportunities with new and existing clients across the region and the subsequent development of solution proposals to meet clients’ risk needs.
  • Account management on new prospects and identified Key Account clients, safeguarding existing revenue whilst developing and converting new sales opportunities. Creation of client’s development sales plans.
  • Management of standardized clear, concise, and innovative sales presentations, proposals, RFI, and RFPs.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and business consultants on statements or work and in the accurate estimation of company effort and pricing.
  • Developing close relationships with clients to identify additional areas for risk development opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities through a formal sales process and CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Manage outsourced solutions providers and company partners on joint sales propositions, when necessary.
  • Innovate and offer new ideas and approaches for developing the company strategically, building relationships with other prospective business partners and with other networks and members where appropriate.
  • Regularly articulate, demonstrate and deliver where clients can utilize analytics to
  • advance their business, developing ROI models where appropriate.
  • Responsible for the overall management of all company strategic development and Customer Relationship activities.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Working to stringent targets to increase revenue and profit to achieve the company`s ambitious growth.
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in the sales positioning and implementation of risk decisioning solutions.
  • Ideally having worked in credit risk or decision-analytic sales environment but with the genuine technical depth of knowledge of risk products and solutions
  • Good knowledge of the competitor environment, in particular risk decision software and analytical services available from leading global and local suppliers such as Experian, FICO, Crif, etc.
  • Experience in the recognition of risk business-related issues, and then the positioning sales of appropriate propositions, working with senior management to manage sales strategies and solutions.
  • Negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
  • A breadth and depth of knowledge covering the entire credit risk life cycle from initial marketing to account origination through to a full range of customer/account management processes.
  • In-depth understanding of credit risk analytics, consulting, software, and bureau-related products and solutions.
  • Active listening and effective consultative sales questioning skills.
  • Ability to present and sell complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of data analytics offerings and application of analytical models within an organization from descriptive analytics to predictive analytics.
  • Identifies and follows through on all presale opportunities for the company's new business.
  • Develops partnerships with other group business development functions to widely promote and sell the services and benefits of the company.
  • In close conjunction with the Business Development and Strategy Director, develop client Account Plans which identify opportunities to deliver risk solutions in existing markets.
  • Support the preparation and ongoing development of new sales materials and proposals, including marketing literature such as case studies.
  • Takes responsibility to produce presales business and commercial proposals
  • Develops, contributes to, and maintains a pipeline of potential prospects, qualifying thereafter
  • Understands the client and business needs and proactively seeks ways to continually add value.
  • Displays sales energy and enthusiasm for the ongoing success of the team.
