Responsibilities
Oversee the product and business planning processes across the company's cross-functional teams.
Analyze product requirements from users and stakeholders and create appropriate programs to ensure they are met.
Oversee product lifecycle processes such as product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Assess consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships in terms of ROI and build vs. buy.
Examine current competitor offerings for areas of differentiation.
Evaluate new product concepts and develop appropriate go-to-market strategies
Follow the company's quality standards and safety procedures and local regulations.
Qualifications
Has 3 to 5 years of experience in product management with a background in the IT sector.
Experience in dealing with software products.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Highly effective cross-functional team management.
Leadership and the ability to take initiative.
Understanding of web development and product design.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
Knowledgeable about aligners and orthodontics.
