Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Follow up on action items, deadlines, and ongoing projects on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate and support strategic initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and reporting.
Supervise and support the Accountant’s tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review financial reports, invoices, and expense claims before final submission.
Coordinate between the CEO and accounting team for financial planning, budgeting, and audits.
Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of financial transactions.
Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and various departments.
Track departmental updates, reports, and deliverables to ensure alignment with executive priorities.
Assist in organizing cross-functional meetings, workshops, and company-wide announcements.
Support HR, Operations, and other teams as needed to streamline processes and enhance workflow.
Maintain office systems, records, files, and databases for easy retrieval and accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners as required.
Support administrative tasks such as procurement, documentation, and event coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3–5 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
