- Appian Development: Design, configure, and deploy Appian solutions using Appian 24-core architecture for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Business Process Automation: Translate business requirements into technical solutions through Appian's low-code platform.
- Appian Integration: Integrate Appian applications with external systems and databases (APIs, Web Services, etc.).
- Performance Optimization: Leverage 24-core resources to ensure applications are optimized for speed, stability, and performance, particularly in high-traffic or complex environments.
- Appian Architecture Design: Contribute to the overall architecture design, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term scalability.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to develop high-quality solutions and resolve issues. - Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with best practices in coding, Appian's standard framework, and security protocols.
- Testing & Documentation: Conduct thorough testing of Appian applications, and document processes, and provide troubleshooting for any technical challenges.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in Appian and other relevant technologies, contributing to ongoing process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Appian development.
- Proven experience working with Appian 24-core resources or similar high-performance environments.
- Hands-on experience with Appian BPM suite, including Appian Designer and Process Models.
- Expertise in Appian architecture, Appian plug-ins, and integration frameworks.
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and web services technologies (REST, SOAP).
- Understanding of relational databases, including MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
