Responsibilities
- Facilitating seamless internal and external communication processes by ensuring that all stakeholders, including employees, clients, and the public, receive clear, consistent, and effective messaging.
- Formulating, implementing, and refining comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals, enhance its public image, and foster strong relationships with key audiences.
- Supervising all aspects of public relations and media engagement, including managing press releases, media inquiries, and outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Overseeing crisis communication efforts by proactively developing response plans, managing public perception during challenging situations, and ensuring transparent, timely, and strategic messaging.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of communication professionals, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive successful communication initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or English.
- Ability to adjust communication styles to different audiences and situations.
- Proficient in video editing and designing visual content for social media platforms, as well as creating engaging multimedia assets for various digital channels.
- Engaging with and understanding the needs and feedback of others.
- Communicating openly and clearly to avoid misunderstandings.
- Understanding and addressing the emotions and perspectives of others.
- Planning and executing communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within and outside the organization.
- Handling communication effectively during challenging situations.
