- A well-built solution architecture that helps teams develop the product on time and on budget and ensures that it solves the problem it was designed to solve.
- Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions.
- Managed the end-to-end lifecycles of a project in solution architect capacity.
- Sets architectural direction, builds consensus, mediates conflicts providing technical leadership and advisory services to the business.
- Has excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills that are required to operate as a leading member of global, distributed teams that deliver quality services and solutions.
- Guides others in resolving complex issues in solution architecture and solves complex, escalated aspects of a project.
- Converts business and technical requirements into technology solutions.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Should possess good product instinct and excellent project management skills to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution.
- Anticipates project issues and risks before occurring, and work with teammates to identify and implement solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Creating teams and training team members.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile & DevSecOps methodologies.
- 7 – 10 years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, and Angular.
- Experience as a Full-Stack developer.
- Has an excellent understanding of solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of all of the capabilities of a system (Application, Infrastructure and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Availability).
- Strong understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options.
