Responsibilities
Day-to-day customer deposit and withdrawal process.
Support sales team and attend to all Treasury-related inquiries.
Responding to customers’ email and ticket inquiries.
Communicate with a third-party gateway for deposit and withdrawal status.
Qualifications
Has a bachelor’s degree qualified(Finance, Accounting, or related field)
Has 1-year working experience in a corporate environment though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
High attention to detail and accuracy, love dealing with numbers.
Excellent communication skills and Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
Someone flexible with working hours.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft suite.
