Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and liquidity to ensure business stability.
Implement and improve financial reporting systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational improvements.
Support audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.
Utilize ERP systems and financial software for accurate data management and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
6 to 8 years of experience in financial control, accounting, and financial reporting.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively across departments.
