Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the retail banking strategy in alignment with the bank's overall objectives. Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive retail banking success.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all retail branches. Implement customer-focused initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the development and management of retail banking products and services. Ensure offerings meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the operations of all retail branches, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure all retail banking activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail banking operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and industry partners.

Qualification 

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in banking software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
