Responsibilities
Develop and execute the retail banking strategy in alignment with the bank's overall objectives. Identify growth opportunities and market trends to drive retail banking success.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all retail branches. Implement customer-focused initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee the development and management of retail banking products and services. Ensure offerings meet customer needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
Oversee the operations of all retail branches, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure all retail banking activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail banking operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and industry partners.
Qualification
A minimum of 15 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in banking software and CRM tools.
Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
