Responsibilities
- Lead and execute required validation activities and ensure proper documentation is prepared and executed as per the plan.
- Ensure all validation activities are completed and reported in a timely manner.
- Investigate and escalate any deviations during validation activities when necessary.
- Propose action plans, ensuring timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
- Review user, functional, and technical specifications for Local RRP Computerized Systems.
- Develop test plans, supervise testing phases, and manage any arising issues.
- Review test scripts for functional testing, regression testing, and load testing.
- Organize and lead Continued Verification Assessments and re-execute validation protocols as per plan and procedures.
- Provide reports and documentation related to validation activities.
- Lead and coordinate the change management process to maintain validated states of manufacturing processes, methods, and systems.
- Perform risk assessments for system changes and manage associated risks.
- Provide support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quality Risk Assessments.
- Share expertise with business owners and stakeholders through effective communication and training initiatives.
- Support audits, participate in software development lifecycle reviews, and ensure validation projects comply with internal policies.
- Contribute to the creation and update of procedures, work instructions, and quality documents.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in quality assurance within industries such as tobacco, food, pharmaceuticals, or a similar field, or 3-5 years as a specialist in a relevant area.
- Fluent in the local language.
