Responsibilities
Set up the transformation office including identifying team structure, roles, responsibilities, key processes, roadmap.
Set the mechanism (Reporting Process, Dashboard & Reports, Definition of Data Sources) for measuring progress & benefits.
Define governance of the office and interrelationships with the other IT departments and committees.
Support governance of the office and interrelationships with the other IT departments and committees.
Onboard client team and coach them on the roles and responsibilities of key processes.
Support and collaborate with the client team to implement the mechanism (Reporting Process, Dashboard & Reports) for measuring progress & benefits.
Lead reporting for a pilot period of 6 months, ideally the quick wins, on the progress, risks, and issues facing the implementation of the transformation roadmap across the different IT disciplines and recommend the required correction actions where needed.
Provide advice on the delivery of the projects in alliance with the capabilities built in the previous phases.
Qualifications
Proven experience in establishing and managing transformation offices, ideally within IT or related fields.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, IT strategy, and reporting mechanisms.
Excellent communication and coaching skills to onboard and train client teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
Expertise in risk management, performance measurement, and project reporting.
