Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Energy, HVAC, and Power Solutions markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in local and regional markets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
Oversee contract negotiations and close complex deals with clients across commercial, industrial, and governmental sectors.
Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and expand its customer base.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5–10 years of sales experience in the Energy, HVAC, or Power Solutions industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of energy systems, HVAC technologies, generators, and trading dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as needed for client visits and market development.
