Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
Help maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in brand representation.
Implement initiatives to engage consumers and build strong brand relationships.
Leverage social media and other platforms to interact with consumers and gather feedback.
Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and consumer engagement.
Translate data into actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Assist in managing marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing the marketing budget.
Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of work experience in brand marketing (agency background is ideal).Proven track record in supporting successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Excellent project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact.
