Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of training projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for training programs, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives, identifying potential risks or issues and proactively managing them.
Ensure that all training programs are compliant with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Lead a team of training coordinators, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management on training program progress, outcomes, and results.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Drive the development and implementation of standardized processes and methodologies for training project management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on training or learning and development.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Experience with training needs analysis, design, and implementation.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
