Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the bank’s overall business objectives and target market segments.
Manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and approaches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market analysis.
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications
At least 15 years of sales experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
