Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the bank’s overall business objectives and target market segments.
  • Manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market analysis.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of sales experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
