- Build scalable and secure web applications across multiple domains.
- Perform technical audits to evaluate the quality, security, and scalability of systems.
- Lead and guide a development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold standards in code quality, performance, and security.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development.
- Participate in project assessments and apply relevant methodologies to solve diverse technical challenges.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.
- Experience in leading a team, mentoring developers, and driving technical decisions.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
- Deep understanding of basic and advanced JavaScript concepts.
- Proficiency in working with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms, especially AWS Lambda.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working in a team using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge and experience working with projects at different stages of development.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with LLM APIs and LLM agents.
