Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regional regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage budgets and expenses for regional sales operations to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales management, preferably in a regional role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development.
