Responsibilities

Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regional regulations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
Manage budgets and expenses for regional sales operations to optimize profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales management, preferably in a regional role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and develop strategic initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development.
