Responsibilities
- Create and execute detailed, comprehensive test plans for new features and enhancements.
- Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing scripts.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing scripts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of the product throughout its development lifecycle.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and QA methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on testing software applications.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
