Fund Manager

- Manage discretionary portfolio management (DPM) and investment funds.
- Make strategic investment decisions based on market research, analysis, and client objectives.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize returns and manage risk.
- Ensure that investment strategies and portfolio allocations align with clients’ investment objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on portfolio performance and investment strategies, provide insights, and manage expectations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Work with regulatory bodies and legal advisors to obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare detailed memorandums and other investment offering documents for new investment funds ensuring that all information is accurate, comprehensive, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and financial news that may impact investment performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for clients and senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in managing investment funds and portfolio, with experience in handling regulatory and compliance aspects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively under high work pressure while handling multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; adept at managing client relationships and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CFA, or a strong background in finance or investment management are preferred.
