Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels of staff, including seasonal labor.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR functions.
Oversee employee records, including those of seasonal staff, and maintain up-to-date HR databases.
Manage and support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations matters, including those involving the seasonal workforce, ensuring fair treatment and effective conflict resolution.
Monitor attendance and leaves, and ensure proper implementation of time-off policies, including for seasonal employees.
Participate in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, bonuses, and leaves) for both permanent and seasonal staff.
Assist in the planning and execution of training and development programs.
Support HR reporting and analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.
Lead or support HR projects and initiatives that promote employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience in managing seasonal or temporary labor is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
