Responsibilities:
Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop, implement, and edit HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
Conduct regular assessments to understand employee motivation and engagement levels, implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Collaborate with leadership to establish, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
7-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Jordan.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
