Responsible for implementing applications in different HRMS Projects.
Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions.
Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
Works with all company teams to implement and support production environments and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including setting up testing, and implementation when appropriate.
Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.
Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline.
0 - 2 years of experience in working with HRMS/HRIS/Talent Management systems, preferably with the SAP application solution set for HRMS.
Experience across one or multiple HRMS Modules.
Experience in full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects.
Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make Configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos, and work with users providing training and testing support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business users.
