Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and attract new clients across multiple industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable financial services solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services or B2B sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from different industries.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
