Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and attract new clients across multiple industries.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable financial services solutions.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services or B2B sales.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from different industries.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
