Responsibilities
Assist in preparing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Draft routine correspondence and legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties as needed.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
A solid understanding of basic legal processes and documentation.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
