Lead & manage a team of marketplace operations Specialists, Marketing and Communications Leads, and Sales representatives.
Develop and implement strategies for Digital Supply Chain based on balancing network objectives, consumer experience targets (Speed, Convenience, Cost, Sustainability), and overall inventory health.
Lead all aspects of the business to keep it healthy, organized and efficient, by evolving the team (chance to define new team operating model & approach).
Manage access to inbound supply flow, and translate data into the tactical operational insights needed to evaluate potential risks or opportunities to both our network fulfillment plans and financial plans.
Align with Leadership on logistical plans for the Digital channel – ensuring the flow is aligned while meeting the financial need, partnering to evaluate trade-offs with other accounts/channels.
Develop a strategic roadmap for capabilities & tools needed to meet the demands of the future and to craft and deploy new tools, processes, and capabilities.
Partner with Digital Commerce teams to identify areas of opportunity where inventory deployment and supply-chain-enabled solutions can support business initiatives and drive overall Digital ecosystem health.
Build strong and positive relationships with core ecosystem partners (Supply & Inventory Planning, Digital Planning, Financial Planning, Inventory Operations), Digital Commerce (Site Operations, Site Merchandising), Operations (Integrated Fulfillment Planning), and Logistics (Digital Fulfillment, DC Planning, First- & Middle-Mile Transportation).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Retail, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer supply chain experience.
Functional experience in any segment of the Order to Cash value stream or inventory flow management.
