Responsibilities
- Support user research to gain insights about the user behaviors, needs, and preferences of the Oman Government Unified Portal.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Should think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to UX challenges faced in the project.
- Should review UX-related deliverables submitted by the implementation partner and should recommend the best options and areas of improvement.
- Should be able to review and challenge the methodologies proposed by UX experts of implementation partners and thereby bring the best for the project.
- Provide a balanced view by analyzing the expectations and requirements of all stakeholders, Implementation partners, etc
- Provide recommendations on how to optimize the Government Unified platform or app, improve performance, increase efficiency, etc. based on heuristic principles, usability guidelines, and user interface best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in relevant field
- Familiar with popular UX design and prototyping tools.
- Experience in large-scale projects where UX scope was major.
