Responsible for implementing applications in different HRMS Projects.
Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions.
Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
Works with all company teams to implement and support production environments and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including setting up testing, and implementation when appropriate.
Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.
Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
At least 2 years experience in the implementation of HRMS applications, preferably with SAP HRMS experience.
Proven implementation experience (at least 2 full life cycle implementations).
