Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of meetings by taking minutes and distributing relevant materials.
Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels.
Assist with event planning and coordination for team meetings or company-wide events.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
