Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings by taking minutes and distributing relevant materials.
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for team meetings or company-wide events.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
