Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or any related field, MBA, or Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in business administration, management consulting, or strategic planning.
- Has experience in Strategic Management Office (SMO) operations.
- Has experience developing strategies using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework.
- Experience in transferring the firm's strategies using the Balanced Scorecard Framework.
- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Has implemented the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework in the different areas, such as Finance, Customer, Learning, and internal process.
- Excellent knowledge of the 9 key strategic management processes, (Situation analysis, Future state vision, Prioritize vision elements, Developing communication objectives, etc.).
- Ensure that all management processes are cohesive and aligned with the firm’s strategy.
- Certified Balance Scorecard.
- Has previously worked or currently working with one of the big 4 companies is a plus.
- Project management skills.
- Strong leadership and communications skills.
