Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new IT systems and solutions, ensuring smooth compatibility with current infrastructure.
- Provide ongoing technical support for IT systems to internal teams, ensuring compliance with standards and implementing preventative measures to minimize future issues.
- Actively engage in the implementation of new systems and digital projects, particularly in Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors.
- Identify and propose innovative IT solutions to address specific business challenges.
- Apply industry best practices and standards to ensure the quality and compliance of solutions and services.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing with IT and cross-functional teams on best practices, standards, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance affiliate operations.
- Work closely with experts to gather and document functional and technical requirements, manage change requests, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Contribute to strategic planning and thought leadership within the team.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration, with additional certifications or experience in IT.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar position, preferably within manufacturing or logistics.
- Experience in multinational environments, with a preference for the FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL Server), including database administration, SQL querying, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of integration technologies (API, ETL, message servers).
- Exposure to GxP processes and FDA requirements (Computerized System Validation) is a plus.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in hardware, network connectivity, cybersecurity, and factory peripherals (IPCs, scanners).
