Responsibilities
Perform daily monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of all hardware resources, review system logs, and ensure all components function as expected.
Execute regular backup operations, ensuring all data is securely backed up and media is managed according to company policy.
Provide prompt response and resolution to network-related issues as reported through the Helpdesk or by direct request.
Maintain communication with all impacted parties during system outages or maintenance periods.
Qualifications
Minimum from 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical support role with a strong focus on network and infrastructure management.
In-depth knowledge of networking, including hands-on experience with switches, routers, and other networking hardware.
Detail-oriented with a proven ability to document processes accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Professional communication and presentation skills necessary for interacting with both local and international team members.
Continuous self-development to keep pace with global IT advancements.
