Financial Analyst

- Prepare information memorandums for private placement and M&A.
- Develop compelling pitch decks to present to potential investors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed private placement memorandums and other investment offering documents for new investment funds and DPMs in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing materials for client presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans that include financial forecasts, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop detailed financial models to support fund raising, investment analysis, and decision- making and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial forecasts and projections.
- Conduct valuations of companies, and investment opportunities using various valuation techniques.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, including analysis, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Clients to gather necessary data and insights.
- Provide insights on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
- Provide analytical support and insights based on thorough market research to assist in client advisory and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to financial models and valuations etc.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pitch decks, financial modeling, valuation, information memorandums and market research within an investment banking environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal support while delivering high-quality results under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CFA are preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
