Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share across Jordan.
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across various sectors, with a strong focus on both public institutions and private enterprises.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met with tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Lead client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal discussions to position the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and market trends to senior leadership.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and identify new leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience within the technology or ICT industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Jordan’s IT landscape, including enterprise and government sectors.
  • A proven track record of closing complex deals and handling extended sales cycles.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
