Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share across Jordan.
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across various sectors, with a strong focus on both public institutions and private enterprises.
Establish, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met with tailored, high-impact solutions.
Lead client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal discussions to position the company as a trusted advisor.
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and market trends to senior leadership.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and identify new leads.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience within the technology or ICT industries.
In-depth knowledge of Jordan’s IT landscape, including enterprise and government sectors.
A proven track record of closing complex deals and handling extended sales cycles.
Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
