Responsibilities:
- Conducting the commissioning on the complete spectrum of machines that make up a Bottling Line across breweries, carbonated soft drinks and the dairy industry.
- Running of newly installed and/or retrofitted production line or a single machine according to specific specs.
- Running Acceptance (SAT) as the final test run based on contractual requirements, ensuring lines stability and operational according to the specs at the end of commissioning.
- Monitoring machines’ performance for a required period, preparing and submitting reports to Krones and the end customer providing the accumulated information on the machines’ performance during the Acceptance Test period.
- Ensuring the efficiency of the bottling lines or individual machine as per the customers contractual requirements.
- On-site training and coaching of technicians.
- Contributing to the teams' efforts by ensuring alignment to deliver results as agreed with customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Mechatronics.
- 2+ years of experience in the beverages industry and packaging lines.
- Experience in Siemens PLC, including troubleshooting and small modifications using TIA and Step 7 machines is preferred.
- Installation, commissioning, overhauling and troubleshooting beverage production lines.
- Willingness to travel across Africa, MENA, Far East countries and internationally for an extended period.
- Commissioning experiences especially for Dry part machines ( Packing and palletizing ) in the beverage field to be utilized as ROEL.
